Designed for smooth adjustability and vehicle safety, this mount combines a precision friction hinge with our Collar-Lock system. The friction hinge provides controlled, single-axis movementallowing you to tilt your device up and down (or side to side, depending on bar placement) for optimal visibility or quick access to vehicle controls. Tighten the knob to hold your position firmly in place, or loosen it to reposition on the fly. The complementary Collar-Lock system acts as a protective stop on either side of the hinge, preventing over-rotation that could send a device into the windshield or dashboard during adjustment or impact. Together, these components offer stable, vibration-resistant performance even when supporting heavier tablets. This mount supports both 2-hole and 4-hole AMPS patterns, ensuring compatibility with RAM holders and GDS Docks.
